Rochester doctor indicted for manslaughter, other felonies after patient overdose

A doctor in Rochester has been indicted by the New York Attorney General's Office on manslaughter and other felony charges, following allegations that he overprescribed opioids and controlled substances to patients - leading to the death of at least one person.
