St. Joseph Hospital workers will rally on Thursday to protest two more layoffs in a series of staff cuts that union workers say have put patient safety in jeopardy. The two employees, both radiology technician assistants, were let go last week. Technician Kyle Glenzer said the layoffs will curb the department’s efficiency.
