HL Shorts: Biggest Challenges for Growth of AI in Clinical Care

Liability and accountability issues are a major challenge in the growth of AI tools in clinical care, according to the chief digital health officer of Yale New Haven Health.

Yale New Haven Health was among more than a dozen health systems and hospitals that participated in this year's HealthLeaders AI in Clinical Care Mastermind program. The program focused on a range of issues related to AI tools in clinical care, including AI governance, managing adoption of AI tools, and using AI tools to collaborate with patients.
