It’s been one year since a group of Essentia Health nurses announced their intent to unionize, now they are calling on their employer to come to the bargaining table. The Advanced Practice Providers (APP) with Essentia’s East Market voted to join the Minnesota Nurses Association (MNA) union this past July and became certified.
