Pennsylvania Attorney General Josh Shapiro has filed a petition in Lawrence County to force Florida-based Americore Health, which owns Ellwood City Medical Center, to pay the wages, unemployment taxes and pension contributions owed to the 150 or so workers at the Lawrence County facility.
