Amid PBM battles, Molina renews with CVS Caremark

Health insurer Molina Healthcare said it has extended its agreement with CVS Health's pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) through 2021. The contract is the first major win for CVS since it completed its acquisition of Aetna, the nation's third-largest health insurer with more than 20 million health plan members.
