Boca Raton Regional Hospital to discuss merger with Baptist Health

Boca Raton Regional Hospital will enter discussions with fellow nonprofit Baptist Health South Florida about a potential strategic partnership, which could include a merger. In June 2017, BRRH announced it would seek a strategic partnership, and possibly a merger, with a larger health care system. The 400-bed hospital is looking for ways to gain greater access to capital and other resources.
