Highmark Health President and CEO David Holmberg's total compensation rose to $8.1 million in 2019 due to a slight increase in bonus and incentives as well as other compensation and nontaxable benefits, according to an annual tax filing released Friday afternoon by the Pittsburgh-based health giant.
