Digitizing Paper Processes Won't Improve Outcomes

Shared Health manages the data of more than 2.6 million patients in Tennessee and has more than 2,500 clinical users. Recently, it was awarded the State of Mississippi's Medicaid contract for health information exchange for some 600,000 Medicaid beneficiaries.
