Boston-based Catholic hospital system Caritas Christi Health Care has named Sister Marie Puleo as interim president of Caritas Carney Hospital. Puleo has most recently been senior vice president of mission for Caritas Christi, overseeing pastoral care at the chain's six Catholic community hospitals. At Carney, Sister Puleo will succeed Dr. Daniel H. O'Leary, who resigned May 14 after serving as Carney's president since February 2006.
