Oregon reaches $100 million HIT settlement with Oracle

Oregon has reached a settlement with software giant Oracle over the failed Cover Oregon health insurance exchange. The settlement is valued at more than $100 million and includes cash payments to the state, as well as a six-year license agreement for products and services. In addition, Oracle will continue running and modernizing Oregon's software systems.
