Tufts Medical Center suspends striking nurses until Monday

A four-day suspension begins today for the Tufts Medical Center nurses who participated in the city’s first nurses’ strike yesterday in three decades. "The bargaining committees are not currently at the table,” hospital officials said. “The union is busy holding rallies outside while we are focused on delivering expert care for patients."
