Mission Health’s agreement with WellCare - which serves roughly 33,000 Medicare Prescription Drug Plan members in North Carolina - comes at a time when Mission Health and BCBSNC have remained at odds over payment rates. As a hospital system, Mission Health serves 18 counties in western North Carolina.
