Penn State Hershey Med cited for slow responses in patient deaths

The state has faulted Penn State Hershey Medical Center for delays in the care of three patients, including two who died. The problems were found during an "unannounced special monitoring survey" at the medical center, which had also been cited recently in the death of a boy whose temperature reached 107.6 degrees while under a special heating blanket.
