Meet the Bay Area's 30 highest-paid health care employees

If you’re looking for a job in a stable industry, you should probably go into health care. The Bay Area’s two largest employers in 2018 were Kaiser Permanente and Sutter Health, which employed 46,044 and 25,435 Bay Area residents, respectively. Both health care systems were well-represented on the list of the 30 highest-paid Bay Area health care employees, who made a total of $84.8 million for the last year for which compensation is available.
