Nearly 17,000 lose Medicaid because of Arkansas work rule

Nearly 17,000 people have lost Medicaid in Arkansas after they failed to meet the state's new work requirements. State data show that 4,655 people were dropped from Medicaid in November after they failed to report to the state whether they had worked or trained for work for at least 80 hours a month, for three months in a row.
