WV Nurse Practitioner claims state birth rates are 'stable' following new CDC report

A new report from the Center for Disease Control finds Americans aren't making enough babies to replace the population, however one West Virginia nurse practitioner claims West Virginias have not hit a fertility wall. The latest report from the CDC shows that the U.S. birth rate is the lowest it's been in 30 years.
