Beaver Dam Community Hospitals and Marshfield Clinic Health System have signed a “definitive agreement” to affiliate, but terms of the agreement are not being released. Beaver Dam Community Hospital will become part of the Marshfield system under the agreement. The two organizations announced in June that they were pursuing the merger.
