Tennessee approves 2020 ACA rates, adding more competition to West Tennessee market

The Obamacare marketplace in Jackson and its surrounding West Tennessee counties is one step closer to more competition after the Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance approve two companies to sell insurance in the area.
