New partnership brings healthcare services to Holocaust survivors

OhioHealth and Jewish Family Services are partnering to help 225 known local Holocaust survivors get health care by taking the OhioHealth Wellness on Wheels Primary Care mobile unit to the East Side agency’s parking lot on Mondays. Aging survivors, who might not be able to afford health care and might be traumatized by institutional health care, can get care from trained providers and be accompanied by a case manager.
