President Donald Trump is considering a 14-day quarantine for New York State, and possibly New Jersey and Connecticut as well, as the number of COVID-19 cases in the tri-state continues to grow, he said Saturday. At a news conference Saturday afternoon, Gov. Andrew Cuomo said the number of positive cases in New York State now stands at 52,318, including 29,766 in New York City. A total of 728 people in the state have died, Cuomo said.
