ACA provider Oscar Health preps for IPO with SEC filing

Health insurer Oscar Health is preparing an initial public offering of its common stock in 2021, according to documents filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Oscar said Monday it has “confidentially submitted a draft registration statement on Form S-1 to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission relating to its proposed initial public offering of its common stock.”
