Opinion: These nurses are my heroes

In a normal week, I’d be writing about Drew Brees, thanking him for all he did for my beloved Saints, the city of New Orleans and our entire region. The past week, however, has been anything but normal for this writer. So instead of an homage to the future first-ballot Hall of Famer, I’m instead paying tribute to a remarkable group of women – all nurses – who occupy the halls of Ocean Springs Hospital.
