The Great Resignation continues to impact businesses across sectors, with a record 4.5 million Americans quitting in November 2021. Also being called the Great Renegotiation, this trend shows American workers are leaving their employers in droves in search of better work.
Based on the latest findings from "The Great Resignation and Rehire Survey" conducted on behalf of my organization by The Harris Poll, 23% of employed Americans plan to quit their jobs within the next 10 months. But our survey also found what could be the start of the "Great Rehire," with 59% of employed Americans who plan to quit in the next 10 months having been job hunting the first two months of 2022.
