Lion Star LLC, the group that operates Nacogdoches Memorial Hospital, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy Friday, saying it owes as much as $50 million to creditors. But CEO Sean Fowler says the company shows signs of profitability and “our assets handily outweigh our liabilities.”
