After years of construction, an opening date has been announced for UPMC Presbyterian Hospital's new billion-dollar tower. UPMC officials told Pittsburgh's Action News 4 on Tuesday that the $1.3 billion hospital tower in Pittsburgh's Oakland neighborhood is on track to be fully constructed by October 2026.
