Like the name of the event says, one hundred nurses from the Hawkeye State were honored Sunday for their dedication to their patients. The nonprofit group "100 Great Nurses" celebrated its 17th year with a virtual ceremony due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Honorees for this year's celebration were announced back in March.
