More than 900 Kadlec Nurses schedule vote to strike over staffing and benefit concerns

Hundreds of Kadlec nurses are prepared to strike over staffing and basic benefit concerns, according to the Washington State Nurses Association. The WSNA said that Kadlec nurses have been in contract negotiations for more than a year, and say that Kadlec management has committed "Unfair Labor Practices, including interfering with nurses’ right to concerted activity and failing to bargain in good faith."
