Nashville nursing company Wellness Solutions hasn't paid at least 100 employees in months

A Nashville health care staffing company hasn’t paid at least 100 employees in two months, forcing nurse practitioners in four states to wait for thousands of dollars of backpay that may never come. But what these practitioners don’t know is that they haven’t been paid because their employer is suspected of fraud. Federal officials froze the company’s Medicare reimbursements last year while investigating if it overcharged the government to artificially inflate profits. That investigation continues today.
