At first glance, the pile of baby clothes on Elizabeth Adrian's counter is a bit overwhelming.
"I've gotten good at watching the clearance racks," she smiles.
Adrian has been a NICU nurse at the University of Iowa Stead Family Children's Hospital for 20 years. Just recently, though, she started a new task: keeping her patients cute and comfortable by keeping the closet of themed sleepers stocked.
