Nurses tell lawmakers enough is enough when it comes to workplace violence

Many nurses across the state agree workplace violence is their number one concern. On Wednesday night, the Washington State Nurses Association organized a meeting with nurses and lawmakers to share what it’s like as a nurse. Just last month, a Kadlec nurse was almost choked to death by a patient, and two days ago, a man with a gun threatened employees at Kadlec.
