Nurses Union and UVM Medical Center reach tentative 3 year contract

A tentative agreement has been reached between the UVM Medical Center and the Vermont Federation of Nurses and Health Professionals on a new three-year contract. The hospital said the two groups agreed to a contract that includes a 16 percent base salary increase in the next three years. The union has agreed to get rid of proposed increases to certain shift differentials.
