A program aimed at recruiting and retaining more nurses of color in the Greater Boston region has received $20 million. The Clinical Leadership Collaborative for Diversity in Nursing program at UMass Boston, which has offered support to around nine students each year, will now be able to support about 400 students over the next five years in an effort to further diversify the nursing workforce.
