There's a nurse educator shortage in MS. UMMC project backed by $3.8 million grant aims for change.

A multimillion dollar grant from the Bower Foundation to the University of Mississippi Medical Center is funding graduate-level education of 64 registered nurses around the state. The project, Building a Strong Future for Nursing in Mississippi, is fueled by the $3.8 million, four-year grant and aims to increase the number of nurse educators in Mississippi.
