UVM medical center and nurses end labor dispute: How each side fared

UVM Medical Center finally struck a tentative deal for a new three-year contract with its nurses on Wednesday night. Both sides gave up plenty. First, the bottom line: * Nurses with fewer than 24 years on the job will get a 16 percent raise over three years, with 6 percent coming in each of the first two years, and 4 percent in the third year.
