Trinity Health intends to enter the health insurance business in Michigan with a new Medicare Advantage plan. Trinity Health Plan of Michigan Inc. begins enrollment on Oct. 15 for people 65 years and older for coverage that starts Jan. 1, 2024. Enrollment runs through Dec. 7.
