3 top executives to depart Beaumont as Spectrum merger looms

Three high-level executives at Beaumont Health plan to leave the health system as it heads toward finalizing its megamerger with Grand Rapids-based Spectrum Health. Chief Quality Officer Dr. Sam Flanders is to leave Aug. 6, followed by the Sept. 1 departure of Chief Operating Officer Carolyn Wilson and the Sept. 30 farewell of Chief Medical Officer Dr. David Wood, Beaumont announced Wednesday.
