After months of hints, a coalition of advocates has launched a campaign to expand Medicaid in Missouri next year. In a news release Wednesday, campaign committee Healthcare For Missouri committed to gathering more than 170,000 signatures needed to put expansion on the 2020 ballot, to “ensure the will of the voters is heard and respected.”
