Managed health care provider Centene Corp. has named a new CEO for its New York health insurance subsidiary. Clayton-based Centene said Tuesday that Rev. Patrick Frawley, previously CEO of Centene's Fidelis Care, has been named senior vice president of social responsibility for Centene.
