Tomball resident Anthony Phillips visits his local drugstore more than the average consumer. The disabled Vietnam War veteran began taking a number of medications to treat his ailments and walked with a cane, necessitating regular visits to the CVS Pharmacy in Spring to grab his prescriptions.
