FORT MOHAVE, AZ: Carter named Valley View CEO

Rick Carter, a hospital executive with more than 20 years of senior health care management experience, has been named CEO of Valley View Medical Center. He will start in late December. Carter and his family will relocate from the Dallas-Fort Worth suburb of Flower Mound, where he was most recently president of Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital. He also spent seven years in Southern California as CEO and administrator of two hospitals and a consulting group, and eight years in leadership roles at hospitals in Kentucky, Mississippi, and Washington.
