Joshua Kushner's start-up Oscar Health sues Florida Blue for allegedly running Obamacare insurance monopoly

Oscar Health accused Florida Blue of using "exclusive policy" agreements that prevent insurance brokers from selling Oscar health. A spokesman for Florida Blue says the company is reviewing the complaint and said there is "no merit" to Oscar Health's claims. Oscar Health, which ranks No. 12 on the 2018 Disruptor 50 List, began offering individual health plans in Orlando for the first time this year.
