Judge Kevin Gross has approved the sale of Hahnemann University Hospital's 570 residency slots to a consortium of six area hospitals for $55 million, meaning the hospital can't be sold. An attorney for Hahnemann called that sale "game-changing" because the money would go a long way to help the hospital pay its creditors.
