Kaiser Permanente Colorado in talks with unions over workforce needs following 2 rounds of layoffs in 6 months

In the wake of two rounds of layoffs that cost 400 people their jobs over the past six months, the state’s largest health insurer, Kaiser Permanente Colorado, says it has begun “preliminary discussions” with its labor unions on the company’s future “workforce requirements.”
