Lewis County Hospital takes a positive approach to planning

Lewis County General Hospital is getting innovative and “glass half-full” in its new approach to creating a long-term strategy. The county-owned hospital began a months-long process to develop a three-to-five year strategic plan. Using a method known as appreciative inquiry, the strategic planning committee will build on what works well instead of trying to fix problems.
