Massena Memorial Hospital Board of Managers paying legal bills for former board chair

Massena Town Supervisor Steven D. O’Shaughnessy says bills for legal work done following Susan Bellor’s removal from the Massena Memorial Hospital Board of Managers in January are her responsibility. However, Mrs. Bellor and Massena Memorial Hospital officials say, the hospital’s Board of Managers hired Robert Germain from the firm of Germain & Germain, LLP, Syracuse and will be paying the bills.
