Medicaid leaders to meet with public as 425,000 Iowans set to shift from UnitedHealthcare

Iowa Medicaid leaders have scheduled seven public meetings with members and care providers to talk about a big change coming to the program this summer. UnitedHealthcare, a national insurer that manages care for two-thirds of Iowans on Medicaid, is leaving the program because of a contract dispute with state officials.
