Attorney General Dana Nessel has filed a motion on behalf of the State of Michigan to join other states in a lawsuit to protect the Affordable Care Act after a Texas court ruled it unconstitutional. Nessel wants Michigan to intervene in the federal lawsuit to defend the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.
