New report shows spending on California state sponsored healthcare services growing slower

A new report says as California spending on healthcare skyrockets, state spending on programs and services that keep people healthy and prevent illness has grown far slower. Benjamin Miller with the Well Being Trust says state spending has wasted billions on overpriced services and unnecessary care.
