OSF HealthCare is in negotiations for a full merger with Little Company of Mary Hospital and Health Care Centers in the Chicagoland area, the company announced Wednesday. Little Company of Mary is a Catholic hospital system with 2,100 employees operating in 12 facilities in Chicago and some of its nearby southwest suburbs.
